had a very BAD experience here..I was 8mos pregnant and I had my 3kids with me when we went here. It was the last day of sale and sobrang pila ng atm’s. Kids were so hungry coz it took us an hour to park the car. So I asked the receptionist here(the lady who stands outside) if they accept credit cards, A BPI RED CLASSIC CARD to be exact, she said “yes, we do accept bpi credit cards”…relieved, we ordered, to be fair, masarap yung ribs nila :) after eating, I asked for the bill and gave my credit card, so the waiter took my card, swiped it, and went back to us, saying, do you have other cards? sabi ko why, he answered, kasi WE DONT ACCEPT BPI “PALA” omg. sobrang nakakahiya. sabi ko I asked bago ako pumasok, bago ako nagorder, sabi nyo oo you accept bpi cc’s..wala akong cash, buntis ako ang haba ng pila sa atm, sabi nung manager na bading, pumila ako with my kids na maliliit and hello 8mos pregnant ako, kung hindi raw, ipapatawag yung security ng SM MEGAMALL para hulihin ako..that fag said that infront of my kids, napakasama nya and it’s not na wala akong pangbayad, i have a card, na sinabi nilang inaaccept nila, and biglang hindi na. ang sabi pa ng manager(bading), dpat daw before i enter a restaurant, tawagan ko ang bpi to check if their card is accepted sa specific resto/shop. My goodness wala shang alam, bpi wouldnt know , sila dapat ang may alam nun lalo na sha kasi manager sha. hiniya nya kame and all, wala akong lakas, wala akong kalaban laban, ako lang at mga bata, and 800 lng ang bill para hiyain ako ng sobra sa buong store. sabi ko sa manager, sha ang pumila, i will give him my atm and pin nang makita nya ang laman ng atm ko, ayaw nya, “wala daw akong pambayad”..hindi na ako nakipagargue, kasi para shang hindi educated na manager pa naman. next day i called their main office, hinanap ko ang number nla, irereklamo ko yung manager, so they connected the call to the officer in charge, aba, naghello pa lang ako, sabi nya, is this the woman who didnt pay last night? omg, very rude, sabi ko ha..uhm..i couldnt even start to complain kasi i knew what he was trying to say..and hindi ako nagkamali, sabi nya “nakakahiya ka, wala kang pambayad kumakain ka sa resto kasama pa mga anak mo”..sobra sobra ang inabot ko sa kanila. 800 lang ba ang worth ng dangal ko?i was crying for a week, sobrang hurt ako and awang awa ako sa mga anak ko.hindi nman ako nagyayabang, pero i dont carry cash kasi, i have my card and atm, and seaman ang asawa ko kaya magisa lng ako that time.gusto ko sila buhusan ng pera pero im not as bastos as they are..will never ever eat there again :(

you should try their bourbon ribs next time! saraap! big serving pa! yun talaga yung binabalikbalikan ng family ko sa retiro branch nila ! ;D

what i remember is they have plain burgers in glorietta & you just add what topping you want.. i usually get their garlic mushrooms before as topping for my burger :)
